1. Your video download link. Get this by uploading your video here.
2. A copy of your photo ID
3. A copy of your program in pdf format. This should have the elements of your exam in the order they are presented. All performances should be titled with the name of the piece presented. If presenting extra pieces that are not in the syllabus, have these prepared in pdf format as well.
